Hotel Rules

1. Check-in/Check-out:

   • Check-in: After 15:00.

   • Check-out: By 11:00.

   • If you need to check out when reception is closed, please contact us here for instructions.

2. Reception Operating Hours: From 08:00 to 16:00.

3. Check-in/Check-out with Codes: If you did a self check-in with codes, you must visit the reception during your stay or at check-out for physical check-in to settle any outstanding balances and collect invoices/receipts. If you check in late at night when reception is closed and depart early in the morning, please inform us immediately for appropriate instructions.

4. Quiet Hours: From 23:00 to 07:00 and from 15:00 to 17:30.

5. Extra Guests: If the number of guests exceeds the allowed number, the hotel reserves the right to deny entry or impose an additional charge. Please check your reservation carefully and be certain about the number of guests staying.

6. Smoking Policy: Smoking is prohibited throughout the hotel, except in the coffee lounge and outdoor areas. Please use the designated smoking areas to ensure the comfort of all guests. A fine of 1000 euros will be imposed for biological cleaning of the room in case of violation.

7. Pets: Pets are not allowed in the hotel.

8. Valuables: Guests are responsible for the safety of their valuables. Valuables should be stored in the room safe. The hotel is not responsible for any items not stored in the safe.

9. Lost/Found Items:The hotel is not responsible for any lost or found items.

10. Room Cleanliness: Guests must keep their rooms clean and inform reception for any cleaning needs.

11. Visitors: Visitors are allowed only with the approval of hotel management and may have restricted visiting hours.

12. Cancellation Policy: Reservations can be canceled according to the hotel's cancellation policy. Please be aware of the terms and deadlines for cancellation.

13. Safety: Candles, knives, weapons, and other dangerous items are prohibited for the safety of all guests.

14. Linens:In the event that linens are damaged by makeup, shoe polish, etc., there will be a charge for replacement or cleaning.

15. Security Surveillance: The hotel is monitored 24 hours a day by CCTV.

16. Stoves in the kitchen:
    Please respect the next visitors.
    The stoves in the kitchen are intended for the preparation of light meals.
    We kindly ask you to avoid cooking foods such as fish, onions, garlic, spices, and other strong-smelling ingredients, as they can cause odors that are difficult to remove from the room.
