Housekeeping Hours:
Our hotel's housekeeping service operates daily from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
Change of Sheets:
Sheets are changed every 3 days.
Housekeeping / Do Not Disturb Card:
In your room, you will find a card with the indications "Do Not Disturb" / "Housekeeping". Use it accordingly.
"Do Not Disturb"
Using the "Do Not Disturb" indication ensures your privacy and prevents the housekeeper from entering. Please note that if you place the card on "Do Not Disturb" and then remove it during the day, the hotel is not responsible if your room is not cleaned.
"Housekeeping"
If the card is set to "Housekeeping," the housekeeper will enter the room to carry out the cleaning.
Towel Management & Environment:
Every day, tons of detergents and gallons of water are used to wash towels that have only been used once. To help conserve natural resources and protect the environment, please place the towels you want us to change on the floor. If the towels are not on the floor, we will not change them, thus helping to reduce water and energy consumption.
